Policy Of Purchase

Khwab is an Indian brand and all purchases are made on our website. When you place an order you may be charged an international transaction fee. This is a fee charged by your bank on certain accounts. If you would like to avoid paying this fee either confirm the fees with your bank. 

We offer made to measure merchandise. All our merchandise are either ‘in stock’ or ‘made to order’. An ‘in stock’ item is a one that has already been produced and is available. This will take up to 2 weeks to be delivered. A ‘made to order’ item is one that is only made once you make your purchase. Each ‘made to order’ item will have its own time frame for production. As a guide it will generally up to 4 weeks. ‘Made to order’ items are made to your specific measurements. Refer to our sizing and measurement guide on how to share your measurements. Please note there are no refunds on ‘made to order’ items as they are made for you at the time of ordering. Please review our returns policy for more information.

It is your responsibility to select the size that is correct for you. However, it is up to you which size you select. We highly recommend reviewing our sizing and measurement guide.

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange, within 48 hours from the time on which these goods are delivered. After this time we will not be able to resolve the issue. Remember to shoot an uncut video of parcel opening and email it to us at support@khwab.co.in. Exchange requests without supporting video will not be entertained.

Instructions for making the “PARCEL OPENING VIDEO”:

  1. Create a 360° video showing the complete parcel along with docket number from front back to top bottom. There should be no pause or cut.
  2. Layout the merchandise and shoot the complete item including the defective or damaged portion.
  3. Do not use scissor or sharp object to open the parcel. 

We make all efforts to display the item as accurate as possible along with the colour, appearance, design and configuration of our products that appear on the Site. However, there may be slight variation in the colour due to differences in how devices render colours and images.

All returns are subject to verification by our team at Khwab.

We do not offer exchanges in the event that you have ordered the incorrect size.
